Break the ice at our Opening Dinner at Twist Restaurant.
Enjoy a 4-course, tavolata-style, friendly dinner with a twist! Bowls and platters filled with delicacies prepared by new Executive Chef Steven Tittel are served at the center of the table.
Discover regional dishes with a contemporary twist and a wide variety of vegetarian and vegan options to the sounds of international DJ Leomeo (France).

Veal fillet, potato risotto, peas, jus
Brewer’s grain pork cheeks, parsnip puree, pickled radish, gremolata
Gnocchi, spinach, truffle, nut butter sauce (vegetarian, but can be vegan with another sauce)
Carrot puree, romanesco, bell pepper and cabbage roulade, vegan jus (vegan)

Goat fritters with apricot ragout
