Friendship- Dinner- `From Mouth to Tail`- culinary love is the answer!

Uncomplicated hospitality, culinary Alpine fairytales and the unique atmosphere created by Chris make this evening in the restaurant “Bullrian” a true highlight. Through sharing the different courses there is an open and very communicative atmosphere that is perfect for starting a conversation. Perfect for our last night in Arosa!

This winter you can enjoy two different, constantly changing menus every evening. One vegetarian and the other a mix of fish and meat consisting of 8-10 small dishes in tapas form. sapaT – Tapas the other way around.

Everything is served in an exceptionally cozy atmosphere, with an open kitchen, walk-in wine list and in three courses. Almost exclusively Swiss and seasonal products are offered here with a distinct quality standard, in a fusion kitchen.

This winter, Swiss products will be given an Asian interpretation. Japanese, Korean, Vietnamese and Thai.
Unobtrusive, competent and friendly service serves unique delicacies from the world of biodynamic wine.
A short chat with the service or with the chefs in the open kitchen creates a familiar atmosphere… just like at home!
